OUR STAFF

Angie McDowell is part of the back-office team critical to Dr. Levy's medical practice. She's the person in charge of account receivables and claims transmissions. In addition, she is charged with transcribing all dictations. Angie has worked for Dr. Levy for 17 years and she is one of the reasons Dr. Levy's office runs so smoothly.

Shelly Garrard has been Dr. Levy's nurse for 32 years. That may seem like a long time for anyone else, but for Shelly it seems like only yesterday when she began a great career with Dr. Levy. When Shelly's not working with Dr. Levy, you can find her at home with her husband and their dog, Tallie Kate. Shelly has two grown children; one is a personal trainer and the other is a teacher. Shelly loves to read and have coffee with friends. Most of all, she loves her co-workers and Dr. Levy's patients.

It's easy to spot Christy Downing at Dr. Levy's office. She's our receptionist. For 10 years Christy has been an essential part of Dr. Levy's staff, and she's the smiling face who greets you when you come for an appointment. Don't hesitate to ask Christy if you have a question and, if she doesn't know the answer, she knows where to find it! Christy also will help you schedule your appointments and find medical records when you need them.

It's fair to say that Denise Yager is the jack-of-all-trades in Dr. Levy's office. As a Certified Medical Assistant, Denise has been working by Dr. Levy's side for more than 17 years and she's just as capable of running the front of the office as she is assisting Dr. Levy with clinical duties. When she's not working with her career family, you can find Denise enjoying the rest of her family, including her husband, her two grown children, and her sisters
